The Tokyo Station Hotel will offer a selection of dishes at its restaurants and bars that allow guests to savor the flavors of spring.
Restaurant Blanc Rouge will present its Printaniere menu (¥16,800; ¥17,800 from March 16), which will completely change between February and the end of April, allowing guests to experience different flavors during their second visit.
Sakura (cherry blossom) sweets will be on sale at The Lobby Lounge in April. These include brioche French toast accompanied by sakura liqueur jelly and lavish Amaou brand strawberries (¥2,980), as well as a charming sakura-flavored white chocolate mousse (¥2,400) that resembles a sakura petal.
The hotel has also prepared a special weekday accommodation package for guests who wish to spend the morning being active by, for example, running to the nearby Imperial Palace. The accommodation package includes access to the fitness area, as well as the popular Atrium breakfast buffet that features over 110 items.
