Government casts spell of money
In a public opinion poll, more than 60 percent have criticized the poor management of distributing the government's cash handouts to all households. Most people think that the government should take other action to solve more serious issues and emergencies.
On the other hand, I saw another public opinion poll lately. The poll said that more than 90 percent would take the handout money.
I wonder which is true, whether we accept the government handout. Everybody might be under the spell of money.

Children need communication skills
Video games have advantages and disadvantages like other gadgets for kids (Feb. 21 issue). Parents should supervise their children more, arrange a time for games and select the contents. In this hectic world, communication at home or in the playground is more important for kids. Lack of communication skills could trigger school bullying or the killing of others, so we need to pay more attention to children's use of video games.

Love for Nutella shows life is sweet
I really enjoyed the article about Nutella (Feb. 21 issue) because I am an avid fan of the hazelnut-chocolate spread. It was in a hotel restaurant in Germany that I saw the product for the first time. When I found it beside some bread at breakfast, I wondered what this dark-colored thing was. But once I tried it, I loved it and smuggled several tiny packets to my room.
I like this kind of lovely article. I know there is a lot of important news nowadays, but when I find funny stories, I enjoy the diversity of life.

Weekly improves reading skills
I started subscribing to the Weekly just one year ago, when I returned from the United Kingdom. I do not want to degrade my English but want to improve it. However, the volume of a daily paper is too much for me.
So this paper is quite suitable and enjoyable as well. I sometimes find rare international news that I never saw before. It is surprising and very interesting. Actually, my reading skills have improved a lot thanks to the Weekly.

Rare insights make reading a joy
I have subscribed to the Weekly for over five years, and always find the articles and features interesting because they provide me with insights that could never be found in any of the local newspapers.
