Washington begins further negotiations
U.S. negotiators opened two days of talks with North Korea on Nov. 19, sayinthey were pressinfor the communist government to follow international rules when doinbusiness with companies abroad.
The head of the U.S. delegation, Daniel Glaser, said the two sides intended to North Korean conduct that has resulted in North Korea beinisolated from the international financial system and to discuss the steps that North Korea has to take to become reintegrated.
