Former Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi was hospitalized Nov. 26 after he fainted during a rally.
Berlusconi spokesman Paolo Bonaiuti said at the hospital that the political leader would keep his commitment to lead a rally Dec. 2 in Rome to protest the policies of Premier Romano Prodi's center-left government.
The 70-year-old conservative leader was hospitalized for heart tests after fainting.
