Feminism said lethal to families

Pope John Paul II fired a shot across the bows of radical feminism July 31 with a letter saying the movement can turn women into "adversaries of men" and this can have "lethal effects in the structure of the family."
The Vatican letter to Roman Catholic bishops said feminism is trying to blur differences between men and women, and threatening the institution of the family based on a mother and a father.
The drive for equality, the Vatican said, makes "homosexuality and heterosexuality virtually equivalent, in a new model of polymorphous sexuality."
