4月2日、三重県の伊賀市議員が、「伊賀上野ＮＩＮＪＡフェスタ２００７」キャンペーンのため忍者の服装で市議会に参加。約70人の市議が忍者の格好をした。
An assembly member of Iga, Mie Prefecture, stands during an extraordinary session April 2 clad as a ninja to promote the Iga Ueno Ninja Festa as part of a tourism campaign. About 70 other assembly members were dressed as a ninja at the session.
