Mizuho ties up with Mexican group Mizuho Corporate Bank has agreed with major Mexican banking group Banorte to tie up in international operations, including joint loans for energy and other large development projects, Mizuho officials said March 26. Under the alliance, Mizuho will help Banorte corporate customers seeking to start operations in Japan raise funds and the Mexican bank will help Mizuho customers procure funds in Mexico for business there.
