イタリアＧＰにおいて通産8度目のタイトル獲得への大きな一歩となる勝利を収めたフェラーリのミハエル・シューマッハは、9月10日、表彰式後の公式会見で、今季限りの引退を表明した。
Formula One Ferrari driver Michael Schumacher celebrates Sept. 10 after winning the Italian Grand Prix. The German is now 2 points behind drivers championship leader Fernando Alonso with 3 races left this season. After the race, Schumacher announced he will retire this year.
