Man attacks kids in Tochigi
A man arrested for ramming his car into a group of children told police he wanted to hit the sons of a neighbor with whom he had previous trouble, sources said Oct. 28.
"I saw my neighbor's boys among the passing children and lost my temper," Nanao Fujita, 64, said. "I tried to run over the boys."
The sources said the 6-year-old and 9-year-old brothers were among the group of seven children Fujita ran his car into On Oct. 28 in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture.
After slamming into the children, Fujita went on a rampage with a machete and a handgun.
