Job description:
1. Handling of foreign dignitaries:
Understanding the company's strategy and creating documents and materials related to
greetings, negotiations and coordination with key stakeholders (public and private) to
implement strategy.
2. Negotiations and dealings with overseas companies (especially European and American):
Handling of special projects (occasionally taking on assignments from top management).
Contract: Full-time
Hours/holidays: 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (1-hour break, 7.45 hours of actual work).
- Generally work at Tokyo Headquarters but remote work also possible.
- Five-day work week with public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave,
condolence leave, special leave (121 days off per year).
- Full transportation expenses covered, complete social insurance (employment, workers'
compensation, health, welfare, pension).
