Daikyo Realdo launches English brokerage service for Tokyo’s international community

Welcome: The reception area of Daikyo Realdo’s Roppongi office, which now offers English brokerage service. The office is less than a five-minute walk from Roppongi Station.

Buying a home in a foreign country can be a daunting task, especially if you're looking for a property in Tokyo's labyrinthian streets and congested neighborhoods.

In order to support foreign residents interested in purchasing properties in Tokyo, Daikyo Realdo Inc., a group company of Daikyo Inc., has launched a bilingual real estate brokerage service at its Roppongi office and a Tokyo Luxury Area English information Web site.

From the opening of Lions Mansion Akasaka in 1968 as Daikyo's first establishment under the Lions Mansion brand to 2007, the company has supplied an accumulated total of 315,090 homes nationwide, from Hokkaido to Okinawa — the most homes by business owner in Japan. Daikyo

Realdo, established in 1988, handles real estate brokerage, rental management and asset management services.

The Japanese version of the Tokyo Luxury Area information Web site, launched in 2007, provides up-to-the-minute information on premium properties in the blossoming Tokyo waterfront area, the upscale residential Yamanote district and its environs, including Minato- ku, Chuo-ku, Shibuya-ku and Chiyoda-ku. The site, which targets Japan's highend market, has received good reviews from Japanese as well as foreign residents.

The English version of the Web site introduces some of the capital's best properties, such as the just completed high-rise Akasaka Tower Residence apartments and Domus Nishi Azabu, with its spacious Japanese rooms. More properties are available on request. Through the English Web site, you can also apply for Daikyo Realdo's free property assessment service, just by filling out and sending the online form. You will receive a reply within one to two working days. All real estate-related inquiries are welcome.

Daikyo Realdo's Roppongi office, which is next to the Franciscan Chapel Center in the heart of Roppongi, less than a five-minute walk from Roppongi Station, operates as the core location of the Tokyo Luxury Area brokerage service. A consultation service regarding any real estate-related matter is provided free of charge by a staff with years of experience in the brokerage service. An English/Japanese interpretation service is also available.

Although the Roppongi office specializes in premier properties, the staff can help you with all kinds of inquiries, from resort condominiums to affordable apartments in the suburbs, by using Daikyo's extensive network.
