Products and services

We offer a splash of the best of both worlds, baking European pastries with flavorful Asian
fillings. Our products are curated with you in mind and are transfat-free, with no added MSG,
and feature more plant-based influences, following the latest trends in baking.

Our core products include savory items, such as French puff pastries, croissants, gourmet pies,
pizzas, traditional Asian shell curry puffs and pocket pies, as well as garlic bread and mouth-
watering fillings and pastes. SCH’s dessert range features doughnuts and bomboloni, Japanese
cheesecake, lava cakes, brownies, muffins and kroffles for the Mak’Cik and Aunty's Kitchen
brands, giving consumers the opportunity to experience an Asian bakery.

For customer convenience, products come in five forms: frozen raw dough, pre-proof frozen,
frozen parbake, ready-to-eat fully baked frozen and fully fried frozen.

Business interests

We are looking for frozen food importing and distribution partners who have the experience
and capacity to help expand our footprints in the Japanese and South Korean food service and
retail pack markets.
