Overall, how would you rate MyToyota's service?
Excellent from the very first day to the time I picked up the car. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
What aspects of the MyToyota service did you like best?
Everything was very easy. All I needed to do was chose the model I wanted with all the options, and then just sign the paperwork.
What car model did you buy?
A 2007 Land Cruiser Prado TZ G.
Are you satisfied with it?
I couldn't be happier, just wish I had purchased one sooner.
What were your top criteria when choosing and purchasing your car?
I wanted something that was luxurious and could carry everything I needed for outdoor activities on the weekends ... with friends, too.
Did you have any difficulties or worries in purchasing a car before using our service?
My biggest concern was for parking. I knew the car I wanted to buy was big, but the parking for my apartment building was not very big. I was very relieved when the salesman brought a car up to test the parking and drove it easily into the parking space.
What did you like best about MyToyota's interpretation service?
My interpreter was always there for assisting with the purchase, and always available by phone for any questions I had at anytime during the purchase. It made the whole process stress-free.
What features on the MyToyota Web site did you find most helpful?
They connected me with a local dealer who had a test drive car available for me to see, and arranged everything from there on.
Would you recommend the service to others? If so, why?
Absolutely. Toyota has some great cars and the interpreter service makes it much easier for foreigners resident in Japan to make the purchase.
Do you have any additional comments or thoughts about your Mytoyota car-buying experience?
From start to finish, the entire experience of purchasing the new car has been very easy and stress free. All of the staff I have met have been polite and very helpful with every step of the purchase. All the paperwork (and there is a lot of it) has been well explained and already filled in for me, all I had to do was sign, no visits to the city office needed. I would have no hesitation in using the service again and recommending it to my friends.
