Detroit — A person familiar with situation says the Detroit Pistons won't make an immediate decision about coach John Kuester's future with the team.

The person spoke on Thursday morning on the condition of anonymity because the team had not announced its plans regarding Kuester. The Pistons finished a 30-52 season with a win at Philadelphia on Wednesday night.

It marks the second season under Kuester that the Pistons have missed the playoffs. Detroit faces an offseason of potential major changes on the underachieving roster.
