Dzaflo Larkai scored 25 points on 10-for-11 shooting and Jermaine Green had 17 to lead the host Hamamatsu Higashimikawa Phoenix to an 88-78 win on Friday over the Saitama Broncos.

William Knight poured in 12 points and Kazutoshi Ota dished out five assists as the Phoenix improved to 39-10, the best record in the bj-league.

For Saitama (15-34), Kirby Lemons finished with 20 points and 17 rebounds and Terrence Woodyard scored 18 and added nine boards.
