Fukuoka tops Ryukyu in overtimeThe Rizing Fukuoka defeated the Ryukyu Golden Kings 104-97 in overtime on Friday, sending the hosts to their seventh straight defeat. Jeffrey Price scored 27 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and Joshua Peppers added 26 as Fukuoka improved to 19-24 in the bj-league. For Ryukyu (10-33), Bryan Simpson scored a team-high 26 points and Shigeyuki Kinjo contributed 20. (Ed Odeven)
