Kawasaki manager resigns

J. League first-division club Kawasaki Frontale said Thursday that manager Takashi Sekizuka has resigned for health reasons and will be replaced by assistant coach Tsutomu Takahata.

Sekizuka, 47, said the tests he received after being hospitalized two weeks ago found that he has cardiac arrhythmia.
