Inui helps guide Frankfurt to win

Kyodo

WOLFSBURG, Germany — Japan international Takashi Inui was on target for the second game in a row on Saturday as Eintracht Frankfurt beat Makoto Hasebe's Wolfsburg 2-0 to move into third place in the Bundesliga going into the winter break.

Alexander Meier put Frankfurt in front on 12 minutes and Josue was sent off before Inui wrapped up the win in the 18th, touching in Stefan Aigner's cross for his fifth goal of the season.

Inui was substituted nine minutes from time for Stefano Celozzi. Hasebe was replaced by Thomas Kahlenberg midway through the second half.
