'Masked Rider' heroes feted at Yokohama show


YOKOHAMA — An exhibition to honor the 40th anniversary of the popular "Kamen Rider" ("Masked Rider") series is being presented in Yokohama's Naka Ward until Feb. 12.

The superhero show debuted in April 1971 and still runs today.

Among items on display are photo panels depicting all the masked heros that appeared in the series, plus manga by Shotaro Ishinomori and videos and music from each program.

The venue is Hoso Library at the Broadcasting Programing Center of Japan. The exhibition is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and admission is free
