Hilton Osaka offers Valentine's menu
To make the occasion a memorable one, the Hilton Osaka will offer a special Valentine's Day dinner course in the Windows on the World lounge on the hotel's topmost 35th floor from Feb. 10 to 14.
During the dinner, guests can enjoy a wide selection of authentic Italian dishes. The menu includes delicacies such as marbled cassis ganache, foie gras with marinated berries and heart-shaped ravioli made with beets and oxtail. Also on offer are warm foie gras espuma, veal, porcini, and salsiccia "Rotolo" prepared with bagna cauda-flavored Italian vegetables. For dessert, there are tarts and white chocolate mousse, as well as lime-ginger sherbet with raspberry sauce.
Guests can enjoy magnificent views of Osaka during their romantic dinner.
The dinner is priced at ¥10,000 per person (including tax and service charge), from 5:30 to 10 p.m. (last order at 9 p.m).

Quebecois cuisine at Westin Tokyo
The Westin Tokyo in Yebisu Garden Place is offering a special menu highlighting the cuisine of Canada's Quebec province at its Victor's French restaurant through Feb. 29.
Guests can experience a range of dishes prepared in authentic Quebecois style by the restaurant's head chef, Toyoki Furuya.
Items on the menu include maple-flavored roast duck with mushrooms, pan-fried duck foie gras with vanilla and maple syrup sauce, terrine of duck foie gras with ice wine and maple syrup flavoring, and maple ice cream.
The restaurant is located on the hotel's 22nd floor and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except holidays. Lunchtime is from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner is served from 5:30 until 9:30 p.m.

The Tokyo Station Hotel reopens
The Tokyo Station Hotel, located inside Tokyo Station, has begun accepting reservations for weddings and banquets.
The hotel opened in 1915 and since 2006 has been closed for a major renovation and restoration project. The fully-refurbished hotel will reopen its doors to guests on Oct. 3.
The Tokyo Station Hotel boasts three wedding and banquet rooms, where guests can enjoy a high-quality, refined experience.
The banquet rooms, designed by a British firm, feature a sophisticated atmosphere that combines European classicism and modernism. The rooms' decor is complemented by fine cuisine prepared by the hotel's executive chef, Masahiro Ishihara, whose deep knowledge of the French culinary tradition enables him to produce dishes that seamlessly and brilliantly blend traditional and modern elements.
