Organized by the Colombian Embassy in Tokyo, the fair features special lunch and dinner courses created by Colombian chefs Leonor Espinosa and Catalina Velez that showcase the traditional flavors of Colombian cuisine.

Espinosa, executive chef and owner of the renowned Leo Cocina y Cava restaurant in Bogota, is cooking up some contemporary Colombian dishes that combine the vibrant influences of the Caribbean and the original flavors of Colombia's diverse regions.

The lunch course is available between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on May 17, closed for lunch May 18), and costs ¥6,000. The dinner course is available between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. (7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on May 17 and 18), and costs ¥12,000.

Victor's is on the 22nd floor of the Westin Hotel Tokyo in Ebisu Garden Place, a seven-minute stroll along the Ebisu Sky Walk from the east exit of JR Ebisu Station.

Relax in luxury package

"Limousine Spa & Journey" is the Conrad Tokyo's new relaxation package that combines spa treatment and a luxury limousine service.

A chartered Chrysler stretch limousine will pick you up from anywhere in Tokyo's 23 wards, and before depositing you at the hotel, will take you on a one-hour cruise around town (the same applies to the return journey).

After arriving at the hotel, guests will be coddled and pampered for two hours in the Muzuki Spa's exclusive VIP Treatment Room, at a discount-members price that usually does not apply to visitors. Guests will receive special foot and body treatments, relax in a cypress bath, and enjoy a green tea and Japanese sweets service.

The package runs through June 30 and costs ¥110,000 for two people. The package can only be reserved for two people.

The Conrad Tokyo hotel is located in the Tokyo Shiodome Building, a one-minute walk from Shiodome Station.
