On Oct. 28-29, Noge Halloween in Noge, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, offers an event where you can eat, drink and have fun all at the same time. Noge in Yokohama has 19 bars and restaurants, which will be offering special deals throughout the event, such as a free drink for visitors wearing eye-catching costumes. Some of the restaurants will also participate in the Noge Gourmet Halloween party, which takes place on the 29th in the Hana*Hana event space and costs ¥2,500 entry (with a ¥500 discount for those wearing costumes) and includes a meal. The party will also host a costume contest and quiz game with prizes of coupons for participating restaurants. The Halloween Daidougei Parade will also take place on the 29th, and you can expect juggling, balloon art and many other street performances. Treats will also be handed to visitors.
