Ten pairs of tickets will be given to readers of The Japan Times for the NEC Community Concert on May 11, which will feature violinist Gentaro Kagitomi playing Brahms' Violin Concerto. Yosuke Funabashi will conduct the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra. Brahms' Symphony No. 2 and other tunes will also be performed.
To apply for tickets, send a post office-issued ofuku hagaki (return postcard) to: NEC Community Concert JT-kakari, NEC Shakai Kokenshitu, 5-7-1 Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-8001. The deadline is April 20.
State your name, address and telephone number on the postcard's back (the outgoing part) and your name and address on the front (the return part).
The concert starts at 7 p.m., May 11 at Sumida Triphony Hall (a five-minute walk from the north exit of JR and subway Kinshicho Station).
