An exhibition of newly printed versions of classic Chinese books will be held in Tokyo on from April 7 to 9.
About 2,000 copies of some 1,000 titles will be exhibited at the base of Nitchu Yuko Kaikan (Japan-China Friendship Center) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (from 2 p.m. on the first day and to 3 p.m. on the last day).
The books include titles related to Confucianism, including the collected works of Zhu Xi (1130-1200), as well as selected Chinese medicine and Buddhism titles. An encyclopedia published during the Ming dynasty is also included.
Nitchu Yuko Kaikan (1-5-3 Korakuen, Bunkyo-ku) is close to the C3 Exit of Iidabashi Station on the Oedo subway line.
