Music, performance extravaganza
A newly launched music festival will be held on Jan. 9 at Tokyo's scenic Harumi Pier.
"Tokyo Don't Night" will feature music, art and action performances, a fashion show and a martial arts display held on four different stages over a 12-hour period from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Tickets are priced 8,000 yen for adults, 7,000 yen for those who come of age (20) in 2004 and 6,000 yen for senior and junior high school students, but there will be certain seats which are free. For tickets, call (03) 3498-9999 or (03) 5802-9999 or visit www.eplus.co.jp
Performers appearing in the festival will include Kumiko Yamashita, Sheena & the Rockets, Dengeki Network, Bloodest Saxophone, Kenshu and Takanobu Sato.
