Ten lucky Japan Times readers will win tickets to a cembalo recital on Dec. 21 in Tokyo.
Junko Watanabe's recital will include J.S. Bach's "Toccata" C-Moll (BWV 911) and "Italienisches Konzert" F-Dur (BWV 971), and G. Frescobaldi's "Aria detta la Frescobalda and Canzona quarta."
Watanabe studied piano and cembalo at Moscow Conservatory.
To enter the prize draw, send a post office-issued ofukuhagaki (return postcard) to Musik Leben, Junko Watanabe, The Japan Times-kakari, Wakaba Bldg 5F, 1-22-10 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043. The sender must write their name and address on the back of the sending side and on the front of the return side. The deadline is Dec. 9.
The Junko Watanabe Cembalo Recital will be held from 7 p.m. in the small hall of Kioi Hall on Dec. 21. Normal tickets cost 4,000 yen.
