Turkish artist illustrates Anatolia

Turkish artist Hasa Kiran will hold a solo exhibition of his prints made using Japanese techniques, July 12-21 in Tokyo. The works depict life in Anatolia, the eastern part of modern Turkey.

The exhibition by Hasa Kiran will be held July 12-21 at Gallery Mai (3-22-3 Nishi Azabu, Minato-ku). The opening party for the exhibition will start at 5 p.m. on July 12, to be followed at 6 p.m. by a lecture by the artist on Turkish art and the themes of his work. Admission is free.

To get to Gallery Mai, turn left at the bag and jewelery accessory shop near Nishi Azabu intersection and turn left again. The gallery is on the right side.
