Psychedelic radar 12.30

Special to The Japan Times Online

Friday Jan. 6

Earthcore Japan and Psy16 present "Psychedelic Shinnenkai" at Club Core in Roppongi.

On the ambient floor, Tsunami Devil (Outback Eclipse), YK (Earthcore Japan), Hiro Nakagawa (Rad, Late Night) and DJ Sal (Stargate). Downstairs on the full-on floor, Psysuke (Overdrive), Asteca (El Dorado Sounds / Live), Batta (Manas), Kemix (Earthcore / Psy16) and Roger Jordan (Vision Quest).

Entry is 3,500 yen at the door (includes 1 drink), or 2,500 yen with flyer (plus drink), or with an e-mail discount ( info@earthcore-japan.com). This party starts at 10 p.m. and ends at 5 a.m.

Hopefully, Core will become the new home of Psy16's monthly Fractal parties because it's so much closer to Roppongi Station (Exit 4, near Velfarre) than Club M in Nishi Azabu. It's been more than years since my last time at Core, but I carried away some fond memories. (Party notes from the underground)
