I think that (Democratic Sen. Barack) Obama should win because he is fresh and has a lot of new ideas. He is also more in touch with the average American.

I would like Obama to win the election, but I think (Republican Sen. John) McCain will win because America is not yet ready for a mixed-race president.

I think Obama should win because he has better ideas about how to deal with the economy, and he wants to pull American troops out of Iraq.

Obama should be the next president, because America needs a leader with a mind-set towards international cooperation rather than international domination.

Each candidate has their own merits. If Obama wins, many white Americans might have ill feelings towards him, but if McCain wins maybe nothing will change.

It's difficult to say. In Japan people were more interested in Obama vs. Clinton because there was a lot of media coverage. We don't really know about McCain.
