Will Saddam Hussein get a fair trial?

I think the Iraqi people will try him on their terms. As long as he receives a fair trial, then what happens is up to the courts of justice and to the Iraqi people.

I don't think he will get a fair trial, but I think he still deserves one. It's a basic human right, even though it looks like he has abused human rights himself.
