An adaptation of TV Asahi's hit drama series about a police negotiator (Ryoko Yonekura) is, like many other based-on-TV-series films, simply a longer television episode but made with a lot more money. The film revolves around negotiator Reiko trying to save the lives of passengers on a hijacked plane heading from Narita Airport to Kyushu. Some 10,000 meters above the ground, Reiko opts to use her fighting skills rather than negotiation abilities in battling the hijackers. Cheesy entertainment for fans of the series only.
