Tokyo Wonder Site's aim is to nurture and support up-and-coming artists through it's workshops and cultural exchange programs.

Its "Wonder Seeds" exhibitions, which present winners of a public competition, encourages visitors to support artists by showing works that are reasonably priced and each limited to a maximum size of 53 cm squared.
