1. Personal and Administrative Assistant (PAA)
− Secretarial support to senior staff, interpretation and event implementation.
− University degree, minimum 5 years as secretary to senior staff (preferably in foreign firms/ organizations). Fluency in Japanese and English a must and in Cantonese/Mandarin an advantage, PC skills.
− Salary starts at JPY 4.5 mil per annum.
2. Liaison Assistant (LA)
− Assist in liaison, major events, visits, and secretarial duties.
− University degree, minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, public/
corporate relations or similar (preferably in foreign firms/organizations).
Fluency in Japanese and English a must and in Cantonese/Mandarin an advantage, PC skills.
− Salary starts at JPY 4.1 mil per annum.
3. Liaison and Clerical Assistant (Accounts) (LCA(A))
− Handle full range of accounting duties and help in event implementation.
− University degree, minimum 3 years’ accounting experience (preferably in foreign firms/ organizations). Fluency in Japanese and English, PC skills.
− Salary starts at JPY 4.1 mil per annum.
The positions are with 2.5 years’ renewable contracts and contract gratuity.
