Message to young people
Try anything without being afraid to fail. If you make a mistake, you can reflect on your mistake and translate it into action. If you make many mistakes, you can keep trying until you succeed. “If you try, you can make it. If you don’t try, you can’t.” Let’s do our best together.

I did not like to study at all and I was a naughty boy. For example, I always got muddy when I went outside. I was a rambunctious youngster. When I was in elementary school, my dream was to create a zaibatsu.

Since I was a child, I have liked my grandma and grandpa. So, I looked for a job in which I could get involved with the elderly. At the time, the nursing system was implemented. Encouraged by the people around me, I obtained a home helper certificate, grade 2, when I was 29 years old. I was surprised to know the harsh conditions in which my friends worked, so I worked at a paid nursing home, a health care facility for the elderly and a home care services company. After that, I founded my company, Adonislife Corp.

When I encountered the job and did my first turn at nursing care, I thought how interesting it was and thought it was a calling for me. Some colleagues who became emotionally oppressed or hurt their lower back, for example, quit. I felt how poor the ratio of full-time workers was in the field.

I want to create a workplace in which those who have worked in the nursing-care field or who intend to join the field feel enjoyment and less strain. So, through social networking services, I am actively working to give them the opportunity to have discussions and to vent. I will make more friends on SNS and create communities. I will continue my efforts so that people will realize that nursing care is a rewarding and valuable career.
