Message to young people
The important thing is not a finished product but what you made and how much you did your best. If you try your best, you will not regret anything even if you fail.

Since my childhood, I have been interested in design. My grandfather used to make leather items and my grandmother was also a fashionable lady.

Thus, as a next step, I was determined to start doing design work. After 1995, it was about time that Vietnam started opening its market. I was always keeping conscious of changes in the market because I was interested in how the country would be changed after the market liberalization and what we could export to foreign countries.

However, it was an unexpectedly severe task to start overseas where I could not understand the languages. Especially, as I started business shortly after the market opened, there were many things to worry about beyond the bare necessities of running a business. Though I often failed at first, people gradually came to understand my work. Now, I can control all the processes, from purchasing of materials to designing and producing. I think having those hardships at the time was unavoidable and the important thing is to overcome them.

When you engage in a business, it's important to be enthusiastic and have foresight, to envision the future. Without these aspects, people may easily give up on their business. People have to work at their best all the time.
